Model train clubs and model railroad fans gathered at the Bethpage Senior Community Center to support the Nassau County Empire State games for the Physically Challenged. Guest got to see portable operating layouts built by several of the areas model train clubs.

TMB’s modular layout was also on display. TMB members ran several LIONCHIEF™ sets including Hogwarts Express 6-83620 and the Bethlehem Steel dockside switcher #74.  Several guest got the chance to join TMB member Chris Z. at the controls to blow the whistle and ring the bell of some of the conventional locomotives running on the layout.

Sponsored by Nassau County and Trainville - Hobby Depot, guest enjoyed some time with family and friends as they viewed railroads modeled in several scales. Thank you to Joel Berse and to Nassau County for coordinating the show.  A great time was had by all.
